We believe that you should know why your car needs maintenance or why it needs to be repaired. We will go over your vehicle in front of you to explain whether it is for safety, recommended maintenance from the manufacturer, or to increase the reliability and longevity of your vehicle. We also support ASE certification and have an ASE master technician in house.

In House Diagnostics

We live and breathe Subaru’s at JM Automotive. With Rotella T6 pumping through our veins, we have the skills to properly diagnose your car and get it back on the road quickly. With our general inspections we have a 32 multi-point inspection that can find most issues or things that will become an issue soon. When you have a problem beyond that that needs to be diagnosed, we tap into our years of experience to find the problem. We often receive vehicles from other repair shops that they cannot diagnose. Utilizing our Diagnostic Form we get all of the correct information from you to assist our techs to diagnose the problem you are experiencing quickly. But because everyone here has performance and engine building experience, our techs are able to diagnose problems much faster than other shops/techs and save you money. These qualities and experiences help us understand how the car works inside and out. On top of that we diagnose it correctly without throwing parts at your car in hopes that it will fix the problem and throw your money down the drain like we commonly see.
