Aidan’s 1996 Impreza wagon (MOOBARU) is a road legal full caged and log booked rally car. It is powered by a NA high compression sohc EJ25. He also has a merged 03 wrx harness to run carberry on the wrx ecu. The MOOBARU makes 184.3AWHP 168.2lbs of torque on E85. This is a very versatile build which mainly runs in gravel setup but does get switched over to a track setup to be competitive on the road course and autocross.
Aidan competes in the NA4WD class in American Rally Association and NASA rally sport. Aidan and his co-driver first started rallying in 2020. They achieved 1st in class in the ARA 2022 Nemadji rally and will look to continue to improve in the remaining three events they are competing in the 2022 season.
