Pre Tune Inspections
A Pre Tune Inspection may be required for your vehicle. If your vehicle falls under any of the following listed items we require a pre tune inspection.
- The vehicle can NOT drive on its own at 30+mph.
- The vehicle has a Aftermarket ECU.
- The vehicle has a aftermarket Forced Induction. I.E. The vehicle did not come from the factory with a Turbo or Supercharger.
- The vehicle has a engine configuration that it did not come from the factory with. This includes Engine Swaps and Hybrid or Frankenstein engines.
Depending on the vehicle a pre tune inspection may include Compression test / replace spark plugs, Boost leak test, Fuel pressure test, Clean MAF, Test front Oxygen Sensor, Confirm Wideband, Intake Temp, and Coolant Temp sensors are reading correctly on Aftermarket ECU. Pricing will vary so please contact us if you need a pre tune inspection.
Note on tune appointments
A tune requires a $100 deposit to get on the schedule. Dyno pulls require a $50 deposit to get on the schedule.
Tune appointments will only be held for up to 30 minutes past the prior scheduled time. At that point we will move on to the next vehicle and you will have to reschedule your tune for a later date and pay another deposit fee.
The $100 tune deposit goes towards your tune time slot. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you do not show up, show up more than 30 minutes late, cancel your tune, or reschedule your tune date and time then you forfeit that deposit. You will then have to pay a new $100 deposit to schedule your new appointment.
